The Annual Meeting of the Old Dominion Highway Contractors Association was held October 29-30, 2010 at the Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton. Senators Yvonne Miller and Emmett Hanger and Delegate Bill Carrico served on the Legislative Panel, and Secretary of Transportation Sean Connaughton was the keynote speaker.
