Transportation Floor Remarks by Tom RustOn March 10, 2010, Tom Rust made remarks on the House floor yesterday as a follow-up to the speech Joe May gave the day before. Rust cites a number of good statistics on the transportation problems facing the state and emphasizes the need for action on the funding problem, all of which was good. One concern in his remarks is the suggested interim step of diverting $250 million a year for four years from maintenance and to use it for construction.
