2025 ODHCA Annual Conference

The Old Dominion Highway Contractors Association Annual Conference will take place on September 10, 2025, at the Williamsburg Lodge. This event will bring together industry professionals to reconnect, exchange ideas, and build new relationships in a historic and inspiring setting.
Your registration fee includes lunch, the board meeting and panel discussion, reception, and dinner on Wednesday. Breakfast vouchers will be available for Thursday morning.

To secure the special conference rate of $339, please complete your reservation by August 11, 2025. After this date, the group rate will no longer be available, and all reservations will be subject to standard rates and availability.

NOTE: The 2025 ODHCA Annual Meeting is being held immediately after the Virginia Asphalt Association meeting, and both are being held at the Williamsburg Lodge.
If you plan to attend both meetings and stay at the hotel, please let Devon know so she can make sure that the hotel keeps you in the same room for the duration of your stay.
